Gas Purification Block
PSA/TSA adsorption columns, catalytic purification reactors, cryogenic distillation unit, multi-stage filtration down to 0.01 μm, ppb-level moisture and O₂ analyzers. Full stack: TSA → catalytic → PSA → final filter.

Cylinder & Container Operations
Cylinder inspection, cleaning, and hydro-testing bay. Vacuum manifold filling stations. RFID-tracked cylinder fleet across 500+ units, plus 20 ton containers.

Analytical QC Laboratory
GC-TCD/FID/PDD, Residual Gas Analyzer, FTIR spectrometer, sub-ppb moisture analyzer, particle counter, ICP-MS for metallic trace impurities.

Crystal Growth & Wafering
CZ pullers for silicon, PVT furnaces for SiC, multi-wire saws, lapping and CMP polishing lines, full wafer metrology suite (XRD, LLS, CV profiler).

Toxic Gas Monitoring across the site, emergency scrubber systems for F₂/HF/Cl₂, deluge systems, dedicated Emergency Response Team on-site.

Civil Construction
Plant building and warehouse construction. Purification equipment and cylinder fleet procurement.

Commissioning & First Deliveries
Lab calibration, internal QC validation runs, first commercial gas deliveries to anchor customers.
Months 18–36
Wafer Line + Phase 2 Chemicals
Wafer pilot line construction and qualification. Blending and wet chemical operations scale up.
Months 36–60
NF₃ Synthesis & Full Capacity
Process gas synthesis plant construction. Wafer lines reach full-scale volume production.
