// Stocking & Distribution

Not manufactured on-site? Still 48 hours away.

For materials outside our current production scope, we hold domestic buffer stock — cutting import lead time from 6–8 weeks to 48 hours, without waiting for us to build synthesis capacity first.

The Model

Reselling and stocking, not just manufacturing.

Building synthesis capacity for every specialty gas a fab might need takes years — and some materials will never justify in-house production at all. Rather than make customers wait or look elsewhere, we qualify international manufacturers, import in bulk, and hold domestic stock. The customer experience is identical to buying something we make ourselves: 48-hour delivery, full batch certification, one invoice.

📦
Buffer Stock, Not Just-in-Time Import
We hold inventory domestically ahead of demand, rather than placing an import order only after your PO arrives.
🔍
Qualified Global Sources
Every distributed material comes from manufacturers we've vetted against the same purity and documentation standards we hold ourselves.
🧾
One Relationship, Full Portfolio
Whether a material is SixN-manufactured or SixN-distributed, you deal with one supplier, one contract, one QC standard.
What We Stock

Distributed today. Some, manufactured tomorrow.

MaterialStatusWhy Distributed
NF₃, SiH₄, WF₆Bridge — Pre-2029Transitions to in-house synthesis once Phase 3 completes
Phosphine (PH₃)PermanentExtreme toxicity, low volume — distribution safer than in-house synthesis
Arsine (AsH₃)PermanentAmong the most hazardous gases in fab use — distribution-only by design
Diborane (B₂H₆), BCl₃PermanentNiche dopant volumes don't justify dedicated synthesis infrastructure
Calibration Gas MixturesPermanentHighly customized, small-batch — sourced from specialty gas houses
Lead Time Comparison

How It Works

From global source to your dock, in stock.

01
Demand Forecasting
We track fab consumption patterns across our customer base to size buffer stock correctly for each material.
02
Global Sourcing & Qualification
International manufacturers qualified against the same purity, documentation, and safety standards we hold ourselves.
03
Bulk Import & Warehousing
Consolidated import into our Dahej facility reduces per-unit freight cost versus one-off orders.
04
Local Stock & QC Re-Verification
Every distributed batch is re-verified in our own lab before release — we don't just relabel someone else's certificate.
05
Deliver From Stock
48-hour delivery, identical SLA to our manufactured portfolio.
From Distribution to Manufacturing

The bridge is deliberate, not permanent.

NF₃, SiH₄, and WF₆ are distributed today and manufactured by us from 2029 onward under our Phase 3 synthesis roadmap. Specifications won't change when that transition happens — which means fabs that qualify these materials through our distribution channel today carry that qualification forward with no re-qualification cycle when we bring synthesis in-house.

Today
NF₃, SiH₄, WF₆ available via distribution — same spec, same SLA, same QC standard as our manufactured gases.
2029 Onward
Phase 3 synthesis comes online. Distributed supply transitions to in-house manufacture without a spec change.
Your Qualification
Qualify the material once. The switch from distributed to manufactured happens behind the scenes, not on your side.
